Where the hell have I been….???
Well, it’s a long story, covering 6 countries, 2950 kms, many bottles of wine, three bottles of Jack Daniels, tubs of Foie Gras, lots of fruit and cheese, great company… and that was just the first day…!! Ha,ha!!
I am currently in the little French village of Saint Jean de Gonville, just a few kilometres from the Swiss border and the city of Geneva… I have already crossed into the land of the Little Red Knife, and back into France on my way to where I will be staying for a few nights with Erwan and Chloe, family of Marie-Helene and Khalid, my friends from Sudan and Egypt…
Go from Gibraltar into Spain, cross into Portugal, head North, then East, and cross back into Spain, ride right across it and enter Andorra... Then head north into France, past Toulouse and on into Castels. Head North again, and then East into Switzerland, keeping a sharp eye out for soldiers with little Red Knives, then duck back into France, and you'll find yourself in Saint Jean de Gonville... Just like that...!! Easy peasy...!! What are you waiting for...??
Just before I left Gibraltar, my website was hacked into again, and this time, I was unable to access it at all… The Guru, Allan Karl, was away on a trip and could only get the server sorted out yesterday sometime… I guess this sort of thing is going to happen quite a bit over the next few years, so make sure your Virus Protection is up to date and functioning… There is no way I can avoid being hacked into… Seems my site is being read in over 66 countries now, and in one of them, a geeky little blighter is getting his rocks off by messing with the Moto Gypsy Biker…
If I knew where he lived, I’d ride around there, and put his eye in a sling…
I have been rather busy these past days, and have not been able to write up a post, but will knuckle down and get something done tomorrow….
Oooooooh….it’s tomorrow already…!! Dammit….time flies when you’re drinking….er, I mean thinking….
Yeah, that’s what I meant to say…!!
Traffic was heavy in the village this afternoon...
